Namecheap: 421 Home directory not available – aborting FTP error

If you’re seeing this error in FileZilla, it means the FTP account is not pointing to the correct home directory.

1. Log into cPanel.
2. Delete the FTP account.
3. Create it again and make sure that the Path points to the correct folder and that the folder exists.
